Ancestry’s brand marketing and talent team partnered with Toasted Life to craft a powerful and culturally immersive experience at AfroTech to expand its consumer footprint and reinforce its commitment to inclusion. Designed to authentically engage Black tech professionals, we produced a multi-layered activation titled “BLACK TAPESTRY” that seamlessly wove together strategic brand positioning, leadership visibility, and talent engagement to amplify Ancestry’s presence in the community.
This experience brought Ancestry’s CTO into direct conversation with attendees, positioning the brand as a champion of cultural storytelling and technological innovation. The experience featured celebrity panels, intimate fireside chats, and interactive product engagement, all set within a socially charged environment designed to spark connection and drive deeper awareness for Ancestry’s products and subscriptions.
